NQ-C100 / Bench evaluation

NODERIQ Core C100

Mission compute

A compact compute-carrier profile for mobile robots and observation platforms that need local perception, storage and a clear handoff to a separate machine controller.

EV1 is a defined evaluation specification. Physical board measurements, electrical release and completed system integration are not yet asserted.

Hardware views

A mission computer sized for the machine.

The product image and integration arrangement share the same board identity. Engineering plans and the machine-readable specification own dimensions; generated imagery does not establish an as-built board or a successful test.

EV1 engineering record

Define the space before the enclosure.

PCB size, assembled height and installation space are separate allocations. Reserve connector access and cable bends, and verify the final fastener and enclosure stack.

Mechanical allocation

PCB outline
100 × 80 mm
PCB thickness
1.6 ± 0.15 mm
Assembly height
40 mmTotal allocated height across both sides, including the PCB.
Installation reserve
120 × 110 × 60 mmInitial access allowance; validate the actual harness and enclosure.
Mounting holes
4 × Ø 3.2 mm
Hole centres

Power and processing allocation

Processor basis
NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX module basis
Bench input
9–24 V
Board power allocation
45 WSteady-state screening limit, not a measured consumption result.
Bench supply
12 V / 5 AA supply rating does not authorise the same current on every connector.

Interfaces and harnesses

Make every connection explicit.

Connector locations are public placement reserves. They do not substitute for a released pin map, selected mating part or electrical protection review.

J1VIN2-position power terminal
9–24 V protected bench input; positive and return identified on the harness.
J2GbERJ45 envelope
Wired host or sensor-network evaluation.
J3USBUSB-A envelope
One host peripheral within the shared power budget.
J4RECUSB-C envelope
Recovery/data; not a second power source.
J5CSI 122-position FFC envelope
Internal camera assembly reserve; vendor-specific harness approval required.
J6CSI 222-position FFC envelope
Second camera assembly reserve; do not assume Pi-camera pin compatibility.
J7HOST6-position locking header
Observation or controller-bridge link; never direct actuator power.

Integration roles

Keep intelligence and physical authority connected.

Compute produces observations and bounded requests. A separate machine controller retains interlocks, motion limits and physical stop authority.

Inspection rover

Mount on an accessible shelf with a separate motor controller. Route camera and network cables away from wheel and suspension travel.

Autonomous instrument

Keep observations and mission context local while the instrument retains its own interlock and shutdown path.

Hardware observations can support NODERIQ mission context. NowFlow supplies the workflow role and NeuraOS the edge foundation; a board illustration does not establish that those layers are integrated or authorised to control a machine.

Product documents

A complete record for the evaluation bench.

Use the product guide, dimensioned plans, original images and blank measurement record together. Technical downloads retain their English source language and stated units.

Bench qualification

Measure the complete configuration.

Configured Orin NX mode at or below 25 W; one camera or host data source and local storage. Record the exact module, JetPack image and workload.

EV1 reserves the Orin NX module geometry and a non-Super power configuration. It does not claim a qualified carrier, completed JetPack port, thermal rating or interchangeable support for Thor and future Nano 2 modules.
