Terms of service

Terms for the Neura Parse stack

A modern service contract surface for AI workflows, edge runtimes, quantum research tooling, managed services, open-source projects, and public website use.

These public terms are not a substitute for an enterprise agreement, order form, statement of work, DPA, or open-source licence. Where a signed agreement applies, that agreement controls for the covered service.

Company

UK company #16547481. These public terms align the website, products, research assets, and service motions under one legal surface.

AI operations

AI, quantum, and workflow outputs need customer validation, policy controls, audit trails, and human approval where risk is meaningful.

Enterprise contracts

Pricing, service levels, support, retention, DPAs, sub-processors, and deployment scopes belong in the written customer agreement.

01

Agreement

By accessing the website, product trials, hosted services, support channels, research materials, or contracted deployments, you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Service are between you or the organization you represent and Neura Parse Ltd, a UK company registered under company number 16547481.

If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If a signed order form, master services agreement, DPA, support schedule, or enterprise contract applies, that document controls where it conflicts with these public terms.

Products

NowFlow, QFlow Studio, NeuralOS, and related hosted, managed, integration, edge, and support services.

Research

QANTIS, qmesh, QMANN, technical reports, reproducibility artifacts, benchmarks, preprints, and collaboration materials.

Open source

TaskNebula, NeuraBar, OrbIDE, examples, SDKs, and repositories are governed by their published open-source licences where applicable.

Website

The website, documentation, media, blog, demos, diagrams, forms, and contact workflows are covered by these terms.

02

Access control

  • You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for users, integrations, workflow permissions, API keys, prompts, content, and actions performed through your account or workspace.
  • Organization administrators may control user access, audit records, retention settings, integration credentials, and workspace configuration.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, data exposure, or misuse of the services.

03

Service model

Public pages describe product direction. Commercial commitments are made only in written agreements, order forms, statements of work, or paid plans.

Area

Trials and demos

Terms

Provided for evaluation. Availability, features, limits, and data retention may differ from paid plans.

Area

Subscriptions

Terms

Fees, plan limits, renewal, cancellation, support, and service levels are defined in the applicable checkout flow, order form, or agreement.

Area

Managed services

Terms

Discovery, automation, edge deployment, governance, and managed operations depend on a signed scope or statement of work.

Area

Research previews

Terms

QANTIS, qmesh, QMANN, qOS-related materials, and experiments may be incomplete, changing, or not production-ready.

Area

Beta features

Terms

Beta, preview, experimental, or research features are provided as-is and may be modified, paused, or discontinued.

04

Content and data

You retain ownership of data, prompts, workflows, documents, code, telemetry, and outputs you submit, subject to the rights needed to operate the services.

  • You grant Neura Parse the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, back up, troubleshoot, and display customer content back to authorized users.
  • You are responsible for having the rights, notices, permissions, consents, and lawful basis needed to submit or process content through the services.
  • You must not submit sensitive, regulated, export-controlled, health, biometric, child, defence, or safety-critical data unless the applicable agreement authorizes it and defines safeguards.
  • We may use aggregated or de-identified operational data to improve reliability, security, capacity planning, and product quality where permitted by law and contract.

05

AI outputs

AI agents, LLM outputs, workflow automation, quantum workflow evidence, simulations, model recommendations, routing decisions, and generated code may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable for a specific context.

You are responsible for evaluating, testing, validating, and approving outputs before relying on them, especially in high-impact, regulated, production, financial, medical, defence, aviation, automotive, employment, safety, or rights-affecting settings.

You must maintain appropriate human review, rollback, audit trails, monitoring, and operational controls for workflows that can act on external systems, change customer records, trigger payments, operate devices, or affect safety.

The services are tools. They do not remove the need for engineering validation, legal review, safety analysis, model evaluation, authority approval, or human accountability.

06

Safety boundaries

Some deployments need written approval, additional controls, or are prohibited entirely.

  • Do not use the services for autonomous weapons, lethal targeting, unauthorized surveillance, illegal cyber activity, abuse, fraud, or prohibited biometric/social-scoring use cases.
  • Do not deploy NeuralOS, NowFlow, QFlow Studio, QANTIS, or related tools in life-critical, mission-critical, medical, aviation, automotive, industrial, defence, or public-sector systems without adequate independent validation and a written agreement.
  • You are responsible for complying with sector regulations, safety standards, export controls, sanctions, procurement rules, and operational approvals that apply to your deployment.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate use that creates unacceptable legal, safety, security, human-rights, or abuse risk.

07

Policy

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, security instructions, product documentation, licence terms, and any workspace or enterprise controls.

Acceptable Use Policy

Detailed rules for AI, cyber, safety-critical, embedded, and platform misuse.

Trust and security

Public control posture, security contacts, and procurement routing.

08

Intellectual property

  • Neura Parse owns the website, product interfaces, proprietary software, design systems, documentation, brand assets, diagrams, and commercial service materials unless stated otherwise.
  • Open-source repositories are governed by their published licences. Those licences control over these terms for the specific open-source code they cover.
  • You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or build a competing service from proprietary product materials except where law or a written licence permits it.
  • Feedback may be used by Neura Parse without restriction or compensation, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

09

Data protection

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, and any applicable DPA or enterprise agreement. Customers are responsible for the data they choose to process through workflows, integrations, devices, and research environments.

Security controls are shared responsibilities. We secure the service components we operate; customers must secure their accounts, API keys, connected systems, device fleets, prompts, policies, and user permissions.

Privacy Notice

Controller/processor roles, data categories, rights, retention, transfers, and AI processing.

Cookie Policy

Consent categories, local storage, optional analytics, and preference management.

10

Regulated access

  • You must comply with all applicable UK, EU, US, and local export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering, and trade compliance rules.
  • You must not use the services if you are subject to sanctions or restricted-party lists, located in an embargoed jurisdiction, or using the services for prohibited end uses.
  • You must not provide controlled technical data, defence articles, dual-use technology, or sensitive operational information unless a written agreement authorizes that processing.

11

Disclaimers

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, the public website, free tools, demos, beta features, research materials, and open-source side projects are provided as-is and as-available.

We do not promise that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every attack, or suitable for your specific deployment. Paid support, service levels, credits, and warranties apply only where stated in a written agreement.

Research content, benchmarks, preprints, demos, and technical claims may change as evidence improves and should not be treated as procurement, safety, legal, or investment advice.

12

Risk allocation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neura Parse is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business interruption, or substitute-service damages.

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, total liability for claims related to the services is limited to the fees paid to Neura Parse for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other non-excludable rights.

13

Enforcement

  • We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, other customers, third parties, data, infrastructure, safety, or legal compliance.
  • We may terminate access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use, security risk, sanctions risk, repeated abuse, or unacceptable operational risk.
  • We may update these terms by posting a new version. Material changes will be identified by the last-updated date or other reasonable notice.
  • Sections on payment, ownership, confidentiality, privacy, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, export controls, and dispute resolution survive termination.

14

Governing law

These public terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer or data protection law provides otherwise.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith escalation using legal@neuraparse.com. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
