A confirmed submission milestone
Neura Parse submitted VERITAS-CA to the Horizon Europe EIC Pathfinder Challenges 2026 DeepRAP call on 28 October 2026. The European Commission’s Funding & Tenders Portal notification confirms the submission.
Submission does not establish selection for evaluation, a funding award, a grant agreement or European Commission endorsement. No funding outcome is announced in this update.
Coordinating with an incomplete picture
VERITAS-CA stands for Verifiable Explainable Resilient Trustworthy Autonomous Cognitive Agents. Its research question concerns agents that hold different observations and cannot always exchange information reliably.
The proposed work would study reasoning under uncertainty, coordination with limited communication and evidence that helps a reviewer examine a decision. The aim is to test when these ideas are useful, what they cost and where they stop being appropriate.
Evaluation is proposed in controlled laboratory software and simulated civil inspection or maintenance settings. A bounded classical and quantum-assisted inference comparison is included as a research question; quantum advantage is not a promised outcome.
Read the question, approach and limitations
The new VERITAS-CA research page brings together the public project summary, programme context and submission status. It distinguishes proposed research from completed experiments, operational deployments and available products.
The accompanying image is an AI-generated conceptual study of different viewpoints around a shared task. It is not a photograph of project equipment. The public page includes an explanatory drawing without disclosing implementation details.
Private proposal documents, personal information, financial plans and protected technical material are excluded from this publication. Research findings and reproducibility materials would require their own rights and confidentiality review before release.
