NEURA PARSE

Product overview / for technical teams

Three products, and where each one's job ends.

NowFlow runs AI agent workflows. NeuraOS runs AI on robots and edge devices. QFlow Studio runs quantum experiments. This deck shows what each owns.

The question every buyer asks

When AI stops suggesting and starts acting, what must still hold true?

Our answer is a clear split of who approves, which system runs the work, who keeps it safe, and what record remains. Each product owns one part.

So we start with the handover points, then the features.

Product platform / 202603 / 15

Who owns what

Each product is in charge of a different step.

They can be used together on one programme, but each is a separate product with its own job.

NOWFLOW

Owns the workflow

The request, the agents and tools, conditions, approvals, handover to machines, and the debrief.

NEURAOS

Owns the device

What runs on the robot or edge device, its trust chain, deterministic safety, and recovery.

QFLOW STUDIO

Owns the experiment

Circuit, code, route, approval, run, result, and the copy a reviewer gets.

Product platform / 202604 / 15

How work moves through

A signal turns into action only by passing every gate.

This is the pattern all three products follow. It does not mean they ship today as one integrated system.

01

Capture the request

Write down the goal, its owner, the systems allowed, and the safe stop.

02

Build the workflow

Connect the agents, tools, rules, approvals, interfaces, and recovery steps.

03

Approve the run

A named person releases one versioned package. The device can still refuse.

04

Debrief

Keep the request, the decision, what went wrong, the recovery, and the proof of completion.

NOWFLOW

Product 01 / NowFlow, available today

Build the workflow before you run it.

NowFlow turns a request or an event into a visible graph. Each agent has a set scope, tools are approved, and every approval, checkpoint, and failure path is drawn in.

01Command02Build03Validate04Operate05Observe

Available product. Hosting, identity, data retention, model providers, interfaces, security, and support are agreed per customer environment.

NowFlow / what the graph shows

The graph shows the happy path and the refusal path together.

Every router, condition, branch, loop, approval, error, and recovery step stays attached to the run, so you can see why it did what it did.

INPUT

What can start a run

An operator request, a structured event, an API call, a sensor, or a fleet exception.

CONTROL

Who is in control

Review, correct, release, pause, override, and escalate are steps with a named owner.

OUTPUT

What you get back

Acknowledgements, progress, exceptions, recovery, and the closeout, all linked.

Product platform / 202607 / 15

NowFlow / the seven stages

Preparing a workflow and permitting it to run are separate stages.

Simulation and review inform the decision. A named person still has to give permission.

02ComposeAgents, tools, data, conditions, routers, loops, checkpoints
03SimulateNormal, fault, degraded, recovery, and stop paths

NEURAOS

Product 02 / NeuraOS, public reference build

Run AI on the robot without letting it be the only authority.

NeuraOS is an operating-system foundation for robots and edge devices. AI runs on a trusted base, beside a safety layer that is tested separately.

01Scope02Prepare03Validate04Authorize05Operate

Reference build rc.8, tested in simulation. Physical use is not yet cleared. Motion and emergency stop stay outside the AI.

NeuraOS / who can say no

The workflow may approve. The device can still refuse.

Three things are kept separate on purpose: permission for a workload, the device's own safety, and the human in command.

WORKLOAD

Signed and limited

Each workload has an identity, minimal rights, safe updates, and an audit trail.

SAFETY

Tested on its own

Limits on space, time, sensor validity, and health, plus override and safe-stop.

OPERATOR

A person stays accountable

AI may recommend and plan within limits. It cannot approve itself or widen the mission.

QFLOW STUDIO

Product 03 / QFlow Studio, live web app

The circuit, its code, the run, and the result in one view.

QFlow Studio is a web app for designing quantum circuits and learning. It keeps the generated code, the simulator or provider used, the approval, and the outputs.

01Design02Route03Code / Run04Evidence

Routes to real hardware are labelled beta, preflight, test, or planned. Specialized routes and qOS are still in development.

QFlow Studio / the record

Another researcher should be able to retrace the whole experiment.

The record links the question, the circuit, the code, the environment, the route, the outputs, the failures, the limits, and the verdict.

BEFORE

Before the run

State the question, the route, the credentials, the device context, and the baseline.

DURING

A person approves the run

Check the generated code and provider status before sending it to hardware or sharing.

AFTER

After the run

Keep the counts, exports, limitations, reviewer notes, and the next decision.

Product platform / 202612 / 15

Where each product stops

Use one product, or several. Each keeps its own job.

A programme can use one of them, all three, or mix in other systems. At every join, it must be clear who owns what and what gets recorded.

01

NOWFLOW OWNS

The workflow graph, agent and tool scope, approvals, handover to machines, exceptions, debrief.

02

NEURAOS OWNS

What runs on the device, local inference, deterministic safety, the trust chain, recovery.

03

QFLOW OWNS

The quantum workflow, circuit and code, route status, run history, the reviewer's record.

04

YOUR PROGRAMME OWNS

Acceptance criteria, certification, the safety case, interfaces, operations, final authority.

Where to start

Start with the step that is already causing you trouble.

One small, real workflow is enough to test the fit.

How an evaluation runs

Prove the limits hold before you talk about scaling.

The first review shows control and a clean record on one small but real workflow.

DISCOVER

Map your setup

Roles, interfaces, data, identity, retention, network, safety, and who decides.

DESIGN

Agree what passing means

Normal, refusal, degraded, recovery, and stop cases, plus the record required.

EXERCISE

Run the cases

Watch the behaviour and the records, without widening what the system may do.

DECIDE

Stop, refine, or expand

Widen the scope only when the record supports it.

Next step

Bring one workflow, one robot task, or one quantum experiment.

We will tell you which product fits, map the interfaces, and design the smallest evaluation that ends with a record you can review.
